Need help making a HTML webpage.

Webpage should look something like this:

webpage must have :

- Text of different fonts and colors

- different size headers

- an XML declaration - DOCTYPE tag - tag that correctly indicates which character set you are using - Create and link in a style sheet - NO formatting tags like , etc

-NO formatting attributes of tags like bgcolor andetc. - numbered list - a list within a list

* you can choose any colors but add colors for sure*
