**Need help making an ERD ASAP**

The store has different technicians, as well as customer service agents and a store manager. Each of the technicians has one or more fields of expertise, such as car diagnostics, brake repair, transmission repair, repair of computers/electronics, etc. Each store holds a reasonably complete inventory of spare parts, although for some repairs it may be necessary to order special parts from one of the company's suppliers. In addition, stores reorder common spare parts on a weekly basis to keep their inventories loaded.

Customers will bring their cars to a specific CarShop store where a customer service agent records the customers repair needs as well as some specific data about the car (make, model, year, VIN number, mileage, etc.). Based on the cars repair needs, the store manager will set one or more of the stores technicians to complete the repairs. The technicians might replace damaged parts with new parts from shop's spare parts inventory, for which the customer will be billed. Also, the customer will pay for labor charges, so the time each technician spends on the repair will be tracked.

Customers will be given invoice containing data about the actual repairs done, the time spent on these repairs, and which parts needed to be replaced. They will then pay for these repairs using cash, a check, a debit card, or a credit card.

The number of cars fixed, the hours spent on repairs by store technicians, the types of repairs that are most common, and net earnings are reported on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, both at the individual store level and at the corporate level.
