Need help setting this up in microsoft excel using solver!

Two types of ISR pods are available. Performance between the pods differs due to resolution and field of view. When installed on the same air platform, Pod A can scan 350 nm 2 /hr and Pod B can scan 450 nm 2 /hr. Each pod's imagery must be processed by a satellite, router relay, and GIG (Global Information Grid) entry point station before use. Bandwidth demands and availability are as follows:

Due to contracting commitments, a minimum of 20% of the pods must be type A and 30% of the pods must be type B. Recommended proposal: "Pod B is has better scan rate, so change the contracts and order zero type A and 100% type B. Set up the problem as a Linear Programming problem that does not have integer constraints for the numbers of Pods. Identify key parts of the model (objective function, decision variables, constraints).
