Your company doesn't have the expertise to develop the website in-house, so the services must be hired out. This project has been allotted $25,000 budget. Three developers have offered their services at varying rates, availability, and with admitted efficiencies (where.75 means "I get about 45 minutes worth of work done in an hour"). Developers can only work on the systems indicated by "Yes", and cannot work more hours than they have available. Effective hours worked must equal required effective hours.
