Need help to figure this out. I checked the sections mentioned and that was no help. We area "construction company" building constructing a pet hotel. So I am thinking I need all the various supervisors, electricians, plumbers, etc. I am lost on the layout and how to start. I need the Human Resource Plan as described below.
