Need help trying to explain this

your course evaluation. Gary has brought an action against Tyrone for assault. Gary brought very little evidence forward but has made several motions before the court for various things including adjournments (to delay the action). Tyrone believes that Gary has been "motioning him to death." The judgment is made in Gary's favour. Tyrone has now brought an action against Gary for abuse of process. Gary believes that Tyrone will not be successful because Gary initially had reasonable grounds to bring forth the suit (which is a true fact) and Tyrone did not win the case. Discuss whether Tyrone will be successful in his suit for an abuse of process
