1. Want to compare pptotalraw vs pct_free/reduced thru a model to look for an correlation .

pptotalraw is Per-pupil total expenditure (sum of local and federal expenditure) from Edunomics Lab's National Education Resource Database on Schools (NERD$) project.

pct_free/reduced is Percentage of students in the districts eligible for free or reduced-price lunch based on 2018-19 NCES data

OR comparing Sectors found in Products csv file vs total pptotal raw in Districts csv file.

Sector is Sector of education where the product is used

There is missing values in data set so would like to know how to handle that thru coding before running any models.
