You will develop two possible solutions to the critical business problem for Twitter. There has to be evidence that your solutions are developed using the tools/concepts and are justified by your research (with data/evidence).

For example: if you were studying Blockbuster Video in the mid/the late 2000s, Id expect you to acknowledge how high-speed internet, cloud computing, and Netflix were disrupting the industry, with recommendations about what Blockbuster Video should do (i.e. purchase Netflix or start a streaming service ASAP). For this, you should:

1. Restate the critical business problem and clearly articulate two possible solutions Twitter could pursue.

2. Demonstrate how/why you developed these solutions.

3. Demonstrate (with data/evidence) why these solutions would address the problem. Its a good idea to connect the solutions to your root cause(s)

4. Cite your sources and references section.
