Need Help with python AES in CBC mode!

I have an encrypted text file is(AES in CBC mode without any padding) I need to decrypt this file. I know that key is 128 bits long, the value of the first key byte is 1, a second key byte is 2, a third key byte is 3, the fourth key byte is 4, and so on and IV is 16 zero bytes. How can I find the secret key? I know in java there is a function SectetKeySpec, what about python? Can someone bring an example how can I decrypt this file in Python language!
