To the extent that you are going to need salespeople to sell your goods and services, you should describe the type of salesperson that you want to retain; the type of training that you will give them in order to provide them with the tools they need to effectively interface with your customers; your compensation plan for incenting them; and your strategy with respect to how they will interact with and take orders from your customers. Also, you will need to identify opportunities and leads as it relates to your marketing efforts. You will also need to understand how you can utilize this data for future sales growth (CRM, sales reporting, sales forecasting).
