Need help with this question for the Strategic Management class.

We have looked at Culture and how it can impact strategy execution. For this discussion forum, please assess your own organization's culture. (We are thinking about this based on experience - not what we are going to study in the next chapter). First off, is the organization's culture strong or weak? Provide evidence. Next, is the culture healthy or unhealthy? Provide evidence. Then, if you diagnose the culture as strong, can you characterize it as high-performance or adaptive? Yes or no and why?
