Need help writing about my job's background and why recruitment strategies is important in my job and what they do.

The organization that I work in is the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). I have been working as a paraprofessional in district 75 with this organization for the past four years. My organization has created a supporting working environment. The environment that paraprofessionals and teachers are in makes an impact on our students. There are many ways that my organization has tried to recruit candidates, but the two most important ways to me are that they host teacher/paraprofessional fairs, and they ask for referrals. Hosting fairs gives people the opportunity to see if this is the career that they want. This is especially vital with working with district 75 because it shows people if they really want to work within this district and organization. There have been people that have changed their minds about their career in my organization. This has been advertised on job websites, social media and in person advertisements. Also, it's important to get referrals from teachers, as well as from parents of children at your school, who can show potential applicants what it's like to work at your school and give them a view of our organization (Carter, C. (2022, May 20)). My organization follows some recruitment ways that I recommended for other organizations.
