Need some help with a Cisco Packet Tracer Lab. Thanks! This is

I am having trouble configuring the switches and the routers with their IP address as it seems that nobody is connecting when I try to ping the routers by their physical IP address. I am also having trouble configuring the HSRP on RTR01/02 on the Gig 0/0/1 interfaces with making the HSRP protocol Version 2, Group 99, and IP: 172.16.20.1. Turning on "preempt" in the standby config and setting priorities on gig 0/0/1 200 on RTR01 and 199 on RTR02.

Any tips or tricks on how this diagram would be properly configured would be greatly appreciated!
