Complete a needs analysis for two functional areas of Human

Resources. You are to approach this from the context of either

$1)$ a large unionized organization, or $2)$ an organization tha that

you have worked for or are familiar with. If you are using your

own organization, ensure that it is large enough to work$/$ make

sense for this exercise.

Normally a needs analysis would include many other steps and

activities. For this exercise, you are to produce a list of all the

system reqirements you can anticipate.
