needs this done in R only

i need an algorithm will forst read in an excel worksheet then loop through each cloumn of an excel spreadsheet and print out that coulum

then i need an algortithm that will loop through the row and print out that row

The excel spreadsheet im looping through has 13 columns and 59 rows and some entries are blank

I need this well commented so that i may adjust it to my likeing.

this is done in R only. i will always upvote
