3.(20 pts) Write a program that finds the maximum and minimum elements of a two-dimensional array. Do all of this within main ). Turn in your code and input/result together. (Your program first read a certain number of elements from the keyboard. (e.g. 20 or 30 elements) Then find the max and min elements and print out "max elt is a[3] [2] = 50 and min elt is a[1][2-5")
