Net Neutrality is the concept that all data is created equal. Internet service providers cannot slow down or speed up the transmission of data packets for one type of data or another. They cannot offer service tiers that offer one type of service advantage over another type of service. They cannot favor or discriminate against specific websites, software, or hardware. Some people want regulations to guarantee net neutrality others see regulations as an over-reach. Research the pros and cons of Net Neutrality.
