Case Project 8-2: Planning a High-Availability System

Universal Aerospace wants to cluster two virtual servers that the Engineering Department will use to develop and test software. The cluster solution should allow one of the virtual servers to be taken down for updates while the other virtual server continues to provide access to shared files that programmers use.

The virtual cluster should he set up on a single host computer running Hyper-V or VMware ESXi Server and use two virtual machines and three virtual networks.

For this project, define the components to he used and the IP addressing scheme for the two virtual domain controllers. Diagram the virtual network, including the hardware components that are needed.
