new and creative ideas comes from competitiveness. As a manager I strive to bring out the very best in my employees and I feel like that is a big part of being a great manager. Some of the traits I believe I need to work on include: Empathy and Includer. I have Asperger's (high functioning autism) so empathy will always be a challenge for me but learning how to show empathy to those I am leading, as well as others in general is a bait that all good leaders and managers need to possess. To be a great includer you must be able to let others do things that you would normally do on your own. You must be able to involve others around you and make them feel like part of the team, I know that I lack in that specific trait because I am a very independent person
