Have you been involved in a project as an employee, manager or customer? Give examples of the following as they pertain to the project:
1. The Work Breakdown Structure: Just list a few of the large major tasks (deliverables) and maybe an example of a low level task (work package). Was there a Gantt Chart of tasks or any other software for organizing and communicating project status?
2. Looking back, can you identify any tasks which were clearly on the Critical Path which means any delay in these would delay the project? . . . or clearly tasks with a lot of Slack that could be completed anytime?
3. Now that you've read something about Project Management, do you see any opportunities that the project could have been better managed for cost, quality or schedule performance?
