New Dress Code Scenario: Last quarter your organization decided to allow employees to dress casually as long as their attire was appropriate for the office. However, some of your employees came to work wearing tee shirts with inappropriate pictures and sayings, low cut blouses, shorts, dirty tennis shoes, baseball hats, and some even came to work in pajama bottoms. Since this is not the image you want your company to project you have decided to change the dress code back to business attire.

Directions: As the office manager compose a memo with what you have learned in this and previous chapters telling the employees they must now come to work in formal business attire. Suits or blazers and slacks are appropriate for both male and female employees. Women may also wear dresses and skirts appropriate for the office. Both men and women must wear business tops, and men are to wear ties. Shoes and hosiery should match the attire.
