New Product Group Presentation Week 9 (20%) Students are required to prepare a report on a Word Document(10%) and also a Powerpoint Presentation(10%) for delivery in class on any New product idea, as approved by the Instructor. The Report and the Powerpoint Presentation should include the following The product Idea 4Ps STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning for the product) Branding( Brand name, logo, tagline, Protection of the brand, Packaging and Labeling, Manufacturer/Private label/ Generic brand whichever applies to the Product idea) Stages of New Product Development, as applied to individual product ideas Guidelines for writing Report (10%) - Has to be written in PDF/ MS Word Format Maximum Page limit-6 to 8 Font and Font size 12 and Times New Roman Heading and side headings are to be highlighted in Bold text and with font size 14/16 Must include APA style Referencing A dropbox for it will be created on Canvas Portal. One person from the group is required to submit. Make sure to include all the participative students names and Student IDs on the cover page Evaluation will be done based on Relevance, Creativity, and all the above-mentioned criteria Guidelines for preparing Powerpoint Presentation (10%) - Has to be made in MS Powerpoint Make maximum use of Graphics and minimum use of text With all the necessary information, the Powerpoint Presentation should at least be 20 slides long. Each group will be given 15 minutes to present it in class on the said date Does not require mention of references. A separate dropbox for it will be created on Canvas. Again, only 1 person from the group can drop it in the Dropbox, provided all the participative students names are mentioned on the title page Evaluation will be done based on Relevance and Presentation style. Any student absent from the Presentation will be graded 0 for it. Note- The exact deadline for Report Submission and Presentation delivery dates for respective groups will be announced in class on Week 10.
