Next it is time for trick$-$or$-$treating in the neighborhood. There are numHouses in the block. Each house has a unique number between $1$ and numHouse. Each child will generate an integer between $1$ and numHouses to determine the next house where it will trick$-$or$-$treat. At most groupSize children can trick$-$or$-$treat at one house at a given time. If there are already group$\_$size children with the same house number, the child will regenerate a random number attempting to pick a different house. However, if all houses are taken the child will busy wait for the next round of trick$-$or$-$treat. A child cannot trick$-$or$-$treat the same house more than once.
