Ngoc is a sales representative for a sporting goods store. She prints a number of signs and posts them around the store claiming various sports stars use and endorse a number of products. One sign claims Serena Williams uses a tennis racket on display. Another claims Lionel Messi wears the same shin protection now available in store. And yet another claims Usain Bolt wears the same running shoes currently on sale at a discount.

None of these claims are true but Ngoc figures the customers will be happier with their purchases if they believe their sporting heroes also use the products.
