No lists and no global variable Function: get$\_$minutes$\_$spent$\_$eating

Inputs: This function takes two parameters:

pancake$\_$count $-$ the number of pancakes someone consumes as a real number and

pancakes$\_$per$\_$minute $-$ the average number of pancakes that person consumes per minute

You may assume both inputs will be positive.

Actions: Determine the number of minutes this person spent eating pancakes as a real number but do

not print anything to the screen.

Outputs: Return the number of minutes this person spent eating pancakes.
