No one would suffer except the union officers and union members if unions were to be outlawed
Question:
No one would suffer except the union officers and union members if unions were to be outlawed in their workplace. Do you agree or disagree with the statement saying that, "only blue-collars workers—bottom-level employees—are the officers and members of the union, and union fails to come together with most white-collar workers—the opposite of blue-collar workers."? Managers resist unions for many different logical reasons, and they expected to continue this opposition indefinitely since the reasons will presumably continue to be logical. Please comment with specifics. It has been said that the employees in Cambodia are having the culture of individual. If so, do you think that its continuation would hurt the union's effort in years ahead? Do you agree with the opinion cited that unions are somewhat a victim of their own success?
