NO OUTSIDE SOURCES PLS

Analysis Exercise 1, Culpable Negligence Jesse and his neighbor do not get along. Jesse thinks Walter is an old angry man. Today, Jesse was backing out of his driveway to leave for work. His neighbor, Walter, approached his car. Jesse stopped in front of his house to hear what Walter was complaining about this time. Walter complained about how Jesse's party the previous night went all until the early morning hours and kept Walter up all night. Walter was also annoyed how Jesse's party guests threw out their empty beer cans on his lawn. Jesse tells him, "They're my friends not my kids, yo. I can't control what they do outside my house. If you don't want them to litter, why don't you just tell them about it." At that point Jesse put his car into drive and started to pull away. Walter was not done talking to Jesse so he grabbed onto Jesse's side view mirror. Jesse drives a F150 pick-up truck. While Walter is hanging on, Jesse continues to drive down the street. Jesse says, "Let go of my mirror." After driving down the street for about 10 seconds, Walter lets go and tumbles to a stop in the street. He is scraped and scratched up. Jesse continued to drive to his job. Walter calls the police. Walter gives a statement to the police. The police also take a statement from Jesse. Jesse tells them the same story. He tells the police officer that he didn't stop because he didn't know what Walter was going to do next. Break down the information using the IRAC method. Issue, Rule, Analysis, and Conclusion. Your conclusion should address if Jesse should or should not be charged with Culpable Negligence - and if so, what level. Chapter 784 of the Florida Statutes provides: 784.05 Culpable negligence.
