manufacturing of product Y consists of three manufacturing process (MP),namely alfa (a) , beta (b) and theta (0). Each of MP is classified as assemblies type process , where MP alfa and beta required two sub-parts , (coded as a1, a2 , b1 and b2 respectively ), where one part of a1 and one part of a2 will be assembled to be come a semi-product of Y at MP a (similar for b and 0). the input volume , defects rate and the rate of accepted product from rework process for each MP are given in table A . illustrate the given scenario using network diagram and compute the output of production volume for each MP.
