A GUI database that coukd be made woukd be for an auto repair shop to implement a symptoms database mixed with their parts inventory/database in. order to better serve customers. A customer could choose from a list of symptoms within their car anda breakdown of possible parts that could need changing. From there, the database will narrow the list to the possible parts it could be and see if they are in stock. Depending on the results, the body shop could make an appointment based on the results and either make a full appointment to fix the issue or if the part shows not in stock, they could make a quick appointment to simply diagnose the issue and order the part if necessary 2. This app would be web-based, utilized on both a desktop version and a mobile version for Linux, Android, Windows, and ios 3. The main requirements for this database would be using java within html in.order to use the system across multiple platforms in browsers 4. The system would start out with a question such as "do you have a specific request or an issue that needs diagnosing?" in which the user picks an options and either picks something specific such as inspection or oil change. After each selection, they can choose to add another option or finish. If they chose the diagnosing option, it wouid simply give multiple choice questions in which the user can give more specific symptoms and the issue will be narrowed down or they could simply skip to the end with the information provided.
