Below are statements excerpted from three organizations websites describing their purposes.

• The SEED Foundation partners with urban communities to provide educational opportunities that prepare underserved students for success in college and beyond. SEEDs innovative model integrates a rigorous academic program with a nurturing boarding program, which teaches life skills and provides a safe and secure environment (2016).
• The District of Columbia College Success Foundation. We provide a unique integrated system of supports and scholarships for underserved, low-income students to finish high school, graduate college, and succeed in life (2018).
• PeerForward transforms the lives of low-income youth by connecting them to college and career through our innovative program, PeerForward. The PeerForward Methos guides students to make postsecondary education plans by tapping a resource found in every single high school in the nation: influential students (2018).

Based on these statements:

a. How are their missions different?

b. What metrics would you use to measure each organizations effectiveness?

c. Could some or all organizations use common indicators or would the indicators need to be varied in light of their distinctive missions?
