Video Presentations

Each student will create a video presentation presenting your Leadership Development project. Each student will create a video using their smartphone or recording device presenting your Leadership Development plan. Once you have developed your video, please upload it to YT and only submit a YT link in your written paper in Blackboard. In the video, you will present your Leadership Project by answering the following questions:

State your first and last name in the video

What leadership role are you seeking to pursue in your career and why?

Based on your SWOT analysis, what are your strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats in accomplishing your career goals

What did you learn about yourself in completing the Leadership Project?

Each student will submit to Blackboard your individual Leadership Development Plan as a written paper (as single document) typed in Microsoft Word. Multiple documents will result in a point deduction. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your instructor.
