Note : I am working on a project to use a renewable fuel for powering a village in india $.$

Q$.$ Can liquid hydrogen fuel be used? $($ or hydrogenated liquid $($ which hold hydrogen $)$ then I dehydrogenated it and I send the pure liquid gas or hydrogen go produce electricity is that possible? $($ can I produce liquid hydrogen from hydrogenated liquid?

Q$.$ Can I use DME $?$ diethyl ether for renewable energy? Will it be expensive?

Q$.$ What about solar fuels? Can I use $($ plz tell me in short what are solar fuels how do they work and give me some names of it$)$

Q$.$ Do I need to do some calculations like air fuel ratio. Or combustion etc? Or Any calculations during this project? I am planning to use diesel engine so do I need some calculations in that regards?
