For example, a movie may have a wonderful role model in the story but that person may not necessarily be a leader. They need to be motivating others to act in a certain way in order to achieve an organization's goals. Leadership Assignment You are asked to recommend the best "leadership" movie of all time. In no more than two pages double spaced, typed, describe how the character in the movie exemplifies organizational leadership from the following perspectives: 1. What organization did they lead? 2. What organizational goals were they trying to achieve? 3. Who did they influence? i.e. who were the members/followers? 4. What type of power did they possess? 5. What leadership traits did they possess? (at least 3 and give examples - use only traits from this course) 6. What type of leader behaviors/styles did they exhibit and why? 7.
