NOTE OUR PROJECT IDEA : IT Service Management System

Problem statement:

the problem is the office of the IT Service at the uni this because whenever the student went to IT service of the university there's just one person available so we want to provide a system that will be easier to the student to register and see who is available to help the student which is IT Service Management System.

Deliverable 1: Preliminary Investigation, System Requirements, Data and Process Modelling

As a group think about the organization, system elements and requirements (users, areas, objects, issues, processes, functions, data, etc.), and consider existing challenges and make notes as necessary. One member must be identified as the part leader, who will be the point of contact between your team and the instructor.
