Problem 1. The ciphertext (you can download the file vig.txt from canvas) was generated using the Vigenre method with a key of length at most 6. Decrypt it. To this end build a suite of programs for breaking the Vigenre cipher. Your solution should describe all the steps of the process, contain all partial results, and explain how the results guided you towards the key. It should contain code and a readme file with run instructions. If the program is written in Python, the run instructions should include a list of packages that are dependencies for the project, if any
