- A guys bought a house and is suing the local authority for not really supervising the construction properly and giving approval on the house is fit to be occupy. Later on, once he purchases the house, there were certain defect were actually the fault of developer, but had basically authorized and approved by the local authority. Whether we can actually sue the local authority for negligence.
