Mr. Chuah Boon Seng plans to move into this house upon its purchase with her parents, as the family is currently renting a house for RM1200.00 per month in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. As four years experienced civil engineering by profession, currently attached to one of the well and reputable listed construction company, Gamuda Bhd. Mr. Chuah Boon Seng is paid a basic salary of RM6,000.00 per month plus allowances averaging RM700.00 and 2 months contractual bonus, based on employee scheme, he entitled with disability insurance coverage with benefits of up to RM5,000.00 a month, and full hospitalization and surgical coverage. Nonetheless, Mr. Chuah Boon Seng expects annual salary to grow at an average rate of 1.5% p.a. On the martial status, being single and currently staying with his parents, he financial commitments on vehicle loan with RHB Bank Bhd, RM1,950.00 per month (Honda Accord, it was purchased four years ago with seven years installment) and Aeon credit card with a RM15,500.00 limit which he uses occasionally for petrol consumption.
