Now a days, the project management (PRM) plays an important role in almost all sector and innovative to software industries. Without the intervene of project management, it is very difficult to manage the whole process. For example, a small bank X is managing its project without the project manager. The bank officials are getting mails, meeting, spreadsheet everyday in large number. It is very daunting task to manage the huge amount of work. But over the time, the bank has increased the number of branches which are located at the geographically different locations. There is tremendous increase in the work and the bank employees are not getting used to this massive amount of work. Now the bank is decided to mitigate this problem and follow some process map so that the employees can do the work effectively and efficiently. They want to outsource some person from the software industry to manage their projects. Suppose, you are the project leader of IT organization. The bank executive decided to hire you as a project manager. Your task is to enable the bank employee to work effectively and efficiently. To serve this purpose, you have to prepare a detail report on daily basic to manage the process of project.

The report must consist the following:

a. Scope of the project b. How you will estimate the cost of the project? (You need to use cost effective model e.g. COCOMO model) c. How you will do planning of the budget? (Use model for planning) d. How to generate the report based on the above questions?
