In your original post, you will state many of the projects specifications, but you will not state the project delivery system used, That task will be assumed by your classmates in their response postings. You may include as much information as you would like as long as the basic information outlined below is adequately covered.

Begin by posting a narrative of the basic specifications of your fact pattern (hypothetical project), being sure to address the following elements:

• Present the name of the project and a brief explanation of what is being constructed.
• Explain the nature of the project, selecting between time sensitive or quality sensitive.
• State whether the project is public or private.
• Describe the stakeholders involved.
• State who will be the owner.
• Define your role in the project.
• State the type of contract that will be used.
• Describe who will bear the risk.
