For example, you might have said, "We plan to be a high technology company and we will concentrate our resources on the High End, Performance, and Size segments. We will compete based upon differentiation." Or you might have decided to be in every segment and compete on price, or any of a dozen other combinations of vision and strategy. Question #1 is: Which strategy did your team choose and why? Do you think it was the right strategy? Why or why not?
