The assignment will be a topical research report formatted as a magazine article.

What does this mean? This means that your report is to be formatted as if it were a magazine article in a prominent compensation magazine. This will inform you of the writing style, content, and formatting for the report. The written length of the report should be $4$ magazine pages at a minimum, and you may include any images or tables to reinforce understanding of the content for the intended audience.

The goal is to explore the topic in more detail and create an article that is interesting and informative. Dont forget you need to cite your sources in the article and at the end of the article.
