This activity is designed to challenge you to think about the opportunities that come with leading and managing a cross-generational workforce and how the concept of caring is integrated into leadership. Assume you are a nurse manager tasked with strengthening your unit's "culture of caring." You have more than 30 nurses on staff from various generations. Think about how you might approach this task.
