TASK You are required to find out the common contractual issues related to performance bond, insurances, nominated subcontractors and suppliers and analyse the issue with the possible solutions based on the Standard Form of Contracts i.e. PWD Form 203A (Rev.1/2010), PAM Contract 2018 and JKR Sarawak PWD 75 (Ver.2021). 2) IDENTIFY two common contractual issues related to performance bond, two common contractual issues related to insurances and two common contractual issues related to nominated subcontractors and suppliers from reliable sources i.e. academic journals, industry publications, other relevant reliable sources. 3) You are then required to WRITE A REPORT on the common contractual issues related to performance bond, insurances, nominated subcontractors and suppliers which have been identified and analyse the issue with the possible solutions based on the relevant Standard Form of Contracts i.e. PWD Form 203A (Rev.1/2010), PAM Contract 2018 and JKR Sarawak PWD 75 (Ver.2021).
