Instructions

A vendor plan can be very formal or very casual, but needs to cover certain things.

Deliverables

Use your Zombie Silo assignment that you created and setup a vendor list addressing these 3 settings.

• List of vendors you plan to use
• Rationale for using each vendor vs. doing it yourself
• Description of your vendor plan; this is somewhat flexible but should be at least 1 to 2 -pages in length, and should address how you will prevent each of the pitfalls described in the "Vendor Management Issues" lecture.
