$$ Is it raining? $($Yes$/$No$)$: This input will determine if the user should carry an umbrella or wear waterproof clothing.

Recommendations:

$$ Cold $($temperature below $10\backslash$deg C$)$: Advise wearing a heavy jacket or sweater.

$$ Moderate $($temperature between $10\backslash$deg C and $25\backslash$deg C$)$: Advise wearing a light jacket or t$-$shirt.

$$ Hot $($temperature above $25\backslash$deg C$)$: Advise wearing shorts and a t$-$shirt.

$$ If it's raining, additionally recommend:
