Complete a forward pass to calculate the early finish (EF) and early start (ES) dates for each activity. 3. Complete a backward pass to calculate the late finish (LF) and late start (LS) dates for each activity. Tip: When completing a bochward pass, toke the lowest is date when converging from multiple paths. 4. Calculate the total float (TF) for each activity. 5. Identify the critical path. 6.
