We covered the processes associated with the documentation of lessons learned. Now it's your turn. For the sample project, please document lessons learned in the provided spreadsheet template. For this assignment, you must include the following items:

Project Identification information

Project successes: These are the good things you want to repeat on future projects. The recommendations and actions should focus on "hardwiring" the success to the extent possible to ensure it can be repeated.

Project failures: Failures are bad things you don't want to happen on future projects. The recommendation and actions should focus on preventing them $($if possible$)$ and getting to the root cause of the failure.

Process improvements: This section is reserved for existing processes $($examples: project management process, registration process$)$ and looking for ways to improve the overall process. Hint: do not focus on one specific failure within a process. To do so$,$ is a failure and should be moved to that section. Always look at the process as a whole and ways to improve multiple steps within that process.
