On the surface the idea of completing research may sound overwhelming, but if put into the proper perspective you will see we all utilize the Research Process quite often. For example, consider the last time you purchased a new piece of technology.

Data collection pros and cons of various phones, prices of plans, etc.
Data analysis and use buying the new phone
Businesses contract and/or employ individuals with research experience to study a multitude of issues from customer and employee satisfaction to operational efficiencies (or ineffiencies).
For this discussion you are to find a peer-reviewed research study (using OCUs Discovery Service) and identify each part of the Research Process. Look for a research study on a leadership theory that will benefit you in writing your final project for this course.
