Objective:make a professional self-evaluation of your project performance. In many jobs, it is common to write an annual self-evaluation of your work performance. This is usually done based on a set of metrics. You need to honestly evaluate your performance, while also reflecting your value to the company (to keep your job, get a raise, etc). It often includes one or two goals for performance in the coming year. For our purposes, we will confine our self-evaluation to your business report & presentation and use the department rubrics as our metrics. Required:Focus your evaluation on your written business report and presentation (from weeks (5 & 7), using the rubrics provided for business majors. General guidelines: Provide an introductory sentence or two describing the purpose of this memo. Evaluate your written Business Report, using the Business Department Written Communication Rubric. For each criteria, indicate where you would rate yourself and give sentences as support for your statement.
