Objective: Only attempt this assignment after thoroughly reading Chapter 3 of the Programming Logic text. The objective of the assignment is to recognize a flowchart that is unstructured and apply strategies introduced in Chapter 3 to redraw the flowcharts as structured. In addition, the students will provide the pseudocode that corresponds to each of the corrected flowchart models. Description: Review the flowcharts on page 120 of the Programming Logic book, Programming Exercises #2 letters a, b, and c. Note that each of these flowcharts are unstructured. Redraw each flowchart so that it does the same thing but is structured. Only do parts a, b and c of #2. After redrawing each flowchart, write the pseudocode for each of the three flowcharts, making sure that the pseudocode is structured and accomplishes the same tasks as the flowchart segment. Requirements: For full credit, make sure that you use the proper flowchart symbols as introduced in the Programming Logic book. Also make sure that you have provided both the corrected flowchart and the pseudocode that corresponds to the corrected flowchart. To turn in: Submit your flowcharts and pseudocode to the Chapter 3 Programming Logic Assignment Drop box. The flowcharts can be a scanned copy of hand-written flowcharts. Submissions created using flowcharting software are accepted as long as they follow the flowchart conventions used in the text. The pseudocode can be created in Word or submitted as a .txt (text) document
